The Al-Ula Arts Festival celebrates creative works of all kinds with masterpieces of contemporary art, giant artistic installations among the charming natural terrain, wall paintings created by Al-Ula guests and its people, workshops supervised by specialists, art seminars and much more. This season of the Al-Ula Arts Festival, the exhibition “Fame: Andy Warhol in Al-Ula” will feature the largest collection of his famous creative works on display in the stunning Maraya Hall.

Fame: Andy Warhol Exhibition
Maraya Hall hosts a new art exhibition entitled “Fame: Andy Warhol in Al-Ula” to shed light on his relationship to the concept of fame, and his interpretation of it through printed pictures and drawings. This one-of-a-kind exhibition is held in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Museum, and includes a selection of the most important creative works of the American artist "Andy Warhol".
The exhibition includes drawings and art prints depicting the most important Hollywood stars, sports heroes, and music celebrities from around the world such as Taylor Swift, Muhammad Ali, and Dolly Parton. Among the artworks on display are portraits taken during "auditions" of the most controversial names of the 1960s. Guests of the exhibition have the unique opportunity to see a mural designed by Andy Warhol, in addition to his famous plastic work, "Silver Clouds". Accompanying the exhibition is a film of rare archival photographs including Hollywood advertisements and Polaroids taken by Andy Rahul in his studio and later used in his paintings and artwork.
The exhibition introduces the concept of fame and illustrates through the works displayed the reflections of the artists on contemporary society and culture, while highlighting the continuity of the relationship between the work of Andy Warhol and future generations.
The Best 100 Arabic Stickers
Explore the latest selection of prints at the "100 Best Arab Posters" exhibition in El Jadida. This competition was selected from among more than 2,500 ideas presented. The exhibition aims to honor the winning Arabic posters, which were designed between 2020 and 2022, to embody contemporary visual culture in our Arab world.
This competition is launched every two years in a unique initiative that adds innovative works of art every season to the archive of contemporary graphic design in the Arab world. The "100 Best Arab Posters" exhibition documents contemporary visual culture in the Arab world and provides a new platform that brings together artists and professionals from all over the world. An exclusive opportunity offered by AlUla, from February 17th to April 30th, to see the winning artworks in a maze-like exhibition. Contemplate the magnificence of innovative designs in an ideal space to raise creative topics and discuss artistic perspectives.

Silkscreen Printing Studio
The Deira School welcomes guests of all ages to discover the principles of silkscreen printing, and learn about this art style made famous by international artist Andy Warhol. Free workshops that give you the opportunity to create contemporary artworks hand-printed using silk screen.
The silkscreen printing studio hosts guests of AlUla to participate in workshops open to the public. An interactive art program to raise awareness about endangered animals and environmental changes, learn about heritage sites and how to protect them, or rethink daily life issues to address them.
The silkscreen printing studio opens its doors ahead of the “Fame: Andy Warhol in Al-Ula Exhibition” sponsored by the Andy Warhol Museum, which will be held in February 2023 and hosted by Maraya Hall. The workshops are delivered in collaboration with expert trainers from the Andy Warhol Museum, Pittsburgh, USA.
